OUR 30-DAY PROMISE
We stand behind the timeless beauty and durability of every GREWTY piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we offer returns within 30 days of parcel delivery.

1. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of perfume, smoke, or markings.
  • Leather bags must include all original protective dust bags, detachable straps, and interior stuffing.
  • Fine jewelry must be returned in the original protective pouch and velvet box.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to our concierge at angelalovepp@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the closest regional return hub address within 24 hours.
  3. Carefully package your items and drop off the parcel with your local courier service.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned parcel is received and inspected at our fulfillment hub (typically within 2 business days), we will issue your refund immediately to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds usually reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives with transit damage or material flaws, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at angelalovepp@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will expedite a complimentary replacement or 100% immediate refund without requiring you to return the damaged item.
